Meditation can be a useful tool in stress management, giving you practices you can draw on in everyday situations to keep on top of stress at home and work. All you need is to learn how, then practice. Like anything, the more you practice the easier it becomes, but we can become set in our way of practicing, or demotivated, and in need of a further challenge…
This module is building on some of the techniques learnt in the beginners module, but with variations to make a completely different more in depth meditation experience. It also introduces new practices around eating and negative thinking. Suitable for anyone who already has a regular metta and mindfulness practice, especially those who have been practicing using the beginners module on this platform.
There are helpful suggestions and guiding text so you can learn the four practices either visually or by audio, and the development of these techniques is built by your own personalisation of them using different options. Trying different styles and the foundations of how you practice giving a wider perspective on what works for you. And if you feel stuck in your practice, theres a look at why that commonly happens with ideas of how to make your practice more personalised and inspired.
